Developers Team Up with Garland To Revamp Medical District

A new medical center will adjoin the VA Medical Center
A Dallas healthcare real estate firm is teaming up with the City of Garland to redevelop the city's medical district. Dallas' Prevarian Company and Chicago-based Harrison Real Estate Capital LLC plan to revamp Garland's medical district on North Shiloh Rd.
The deal includes acquisition of five medical buildings that will be redeveloped into Valoris HealthPark Garland.
